find a clinic in Seattle who prescribes B12 shots with Lipotropics

I am new to the website, but have been reading everyone's advice.  Back in the early 80's and late 80's to early 90's I was going to a doctor who would give me B12 shots, I think it also had lipotropics. They would monitor me (taking my blood pressure, doing an EKG) before starting.  I would get a diet and also diet pills, which I never took.  I lost a significant amount of weight.  I was able to keep it off for years, I was more active, but not much more than I am now, with 2 kids.  I would like to know if such a doctor or clinic exists in the Seattle area.  My doctor at UW Med Center will not give me the B12 shots unless I am B12 difficient.  

I know that these shots work, because I am living proof.  After so many years and two children after, I am overwheight, My metabolism is slow even though I am more active and I know for a fact that the shots helped very much.

If anyone knows of a clinic in Seattle, please let me know.
