hCG injections

Hi..Can anyone tell me if these injections are painful and where can I find the 500 calorie diet that you're suppose to go by when on Phase Two in KT book? Can you just tell me the page number, I can't seem to find it. and when this hCG got mailed to you from HGI medical, how much were they charging for a 45 day supple? Your answers will be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks skinny people! :)
