Hi, I did tried Glucofast and all I can say is " Oh my God, finally". I was SO desperate to lose weight. I've been on diets all my life ( since the age of 8 and i'm now 28).I've lost weight and regain it plus the extra over and over again. At one point, no diets where working for me anymore. Low-fat, low cal, low carb,exercises, nothing.I realise that my metabolism was probably off. Something was obviously wrong with me.That was scary! When I found out about Glucofast on the net and realize that they offer a one year garantee, to be honest with you, that was one of the reason I really gave it a try because I was tired of wasting my money. Before that, I was dieting and gaining weight. Trust me, there is nothing more frustrating than that. I really thought I was not normal. Something was wrong with me. I couldn't lose weight no matter how hard I was trying and I was doing everything well no cheating. Well, I still can't believe it, when I got on my scale, I was almost hoping that it did not work because that is what I was used to and I didn't wanna be wrong. I was ready before I step on the scale to open my computer and ask for a refund so I could try  something else with my money. I WAS WRONG. After only 3 weeks, I had lost 12 pounds!!!!!!! Now I don't know if 12 pounds is a lot for normal people, but for someone like me who gain weight just thinking about food, UNBELIEVABLE! By the way, this is the first time in my life that I write about a diet supplement success.There is finaly hope for me. My only problem is I found it a little bit expensif, I know it's worth it but you have to take it continously and I had to stop because I don't work for now. But I will definitely do all I can to get it as soon as possible and go on with the treatment. Because for once there is a solution for someone like me.

Hi everybody! I'm posting from Italy...I'm a 40 years old girl and I've a lot o pounds to loose...that's because I've tried Glucofast, I'm taking 3/4 pills per day since more o r less 20 days but I've not lost weight yet, altough I've to say that I'm not hungry as I use to be before using Glucofast. They say that it takes time to work, I hope it will be so. I really would like to be in touch with people who are using it and they are satisfied with! I started Glucofast last Thursday and have lost 4 pounds already. Almost a pound a day. I have to say I'm shocked to say the least. When I got it I was thinking "this isn't going to work" I've tried everything and nothing has worked before. I was so sure it wasn't going to work and then the next day I weighed a pound less, the next day another pound, the next day another pound, nothing on Monday and then another pound this morning. I know I'm insulin resistant, I also have high blood pressure. If you take it to lose weight and you're not insulin resistant then I don't think it will work for you. Anyway, I hope this helps. I am thrilled with it so far.

Hi, I've been reading about Glucofast and I was also reading some of the comments from Avate, Silietta66 and Valwensley and was wondering how it's going for you.  I saw that you guys posted comments in april and was wondering if you have  lost weight and are you following a certain diet plan, excersing at all or are you just taking glucofast.  I would really like to try this out and would like some feedback on this.  Thanks so much.

valwensley - quick question....when you stopped using the Glucofast, did you gain the weight back?  I am wondering if once you reach your weightloss goal if you can discontinue using the product, or if this is something that you need to continue to take on a daily basis.  Which, by looking at those prices, can be very spendy.  So, curious if you gained the weight back, if so how quickly, or if you have been able to maintain your weight loss....Thanks.

Mickey.  Glucofast should be available in south Africa. On their website, it says they do worldwide shipping.

I’ve been researching this product on the internet and finding a lot of good stuff. I think I’ll give it a shot. Glad to hear it worked for you, Val! Sounds like we’ve got a winner
