hcg SQ or IM

  Hello can anyone tell me if it is just as effective to give yourself hcg SQ verses IM. I have to give the shots to myself and would much prefer to do them SQ. Please help. T

I have always given myself the injections SQ and was able to lose 20 lbs. If you would prefer doing it SQ, then I don't see why you wouldn't do it that way.
