hcg and medifast

Has anyone combined hcg with a liquid diet such as medifast?
I am wondering if it would be more efficient...I travel alot and weighing and measuring will be challenging!

Also curious if anyone has used hcg and followed their own diet, just follwing the 500 cal guideline.

Getting my hcg tomorrow!!!

I used medifast for about 10 meals/snacks during my 6 weeks of injections. It worked fine.
