hcg and phase three

Hi, i just started my phase three. i have done two cycles and have gone from l80 to 133. I had to visit my family and forgot my scale so for four days i didnt weight myself and than me and my mom went out with friends to an indian restaurant. I did eat a small amount of naan bread and rice. I now am up to 139 and i am so bummed out. I woke up this morning and ate a cookie because i was just pissed. Up until phase three, i never even once deviated and in fact went below 500 calories by eating only one small meal and one apple to ensure the weight loss and it worked. Now i dont know what to do to correct the problem since i missed my chance to correct it with a steak day. I was going to go on one more cycle to take off the last fifteen pounds before christmas. I was only going to wait three weeks like i did before. Can anyone help me here?

If you are on phase 3 you need to wait 6 weeks or more before you start.  Go to this website and you can  get Dr. Simeons Protocal, follow this by the book and you will loss that weight.  Good Luck

Well i do have Dr. Simeons protocol and i did follow it accept i had heard many people were waiting three weeks and not six So i didnt do phase four, i just went back to the injections and lost more weight. I just dont know what to do since i screwed up phase three. I have been religious up until phase three and i forgot my scale and screwed up and ate carbs. What can i do now to fix that, am i just destined to gain it back?
