hcg buddies

I have started emailing a daily email to alot of you since last week after sharing my doctors notes. I am a part of a "prayer warrior email group" that one guy started and he emails us each day with a devotional and prayer request from different members of the group. I love the idea that when I have a need that I have people literally all over the US praying for me! Anyway, that is kind of what I am hoping to start with Email Buddies. I would love for this to become a email group of support. If any of you that are getting me email have recipes, tips, found products or anything you would just like to share or need encouragement about, please email me and I will share it in the next days email. If I have emailed you and you don't want to be a part of this, just let me know and I will remove your email address...Likewise, if you are not included and would like to be just let me know. One idea I am thinking about is every Friday sending out a big congradulations for every one that has reached five more pounds towards their goal each week..or something to that nature. I think it would be great for all of us to see others getting closer to their goals as well as encouragement for those that are meeting them!! I think support is a real key anytime you diet!
