I went to the guyer institute and got the HCG. However, the doctor (?) did not seem to think you need to follow the VLCD. He was more interested in everything else except me wanting to lose weight. It cost me over $500 and nobody even weighed me! I thought that would be one of the first things they would have done. If I do a second round of HCG, I will order it on the net. Best of luck to you! I am on day 3 and have lost 7 pounds!
