hcg clinic or doctor in columbus ohio

i want to get started but still cannot find a clinic or doctor in
columbus ohio.  i called one place and they said they were considering
starting the diet cure but have not at this moment.  they put my name
on a waiting list in case they do begin the program there.  anyone know
where to look to find a clinic in columbus?  a news report said columbus
had one of the highest rates of obesity in the country; surely there is
a clinic operating here!!!  thanks for taking the time.

I have been trying to help people in locating these clinics, and i have not found one single place in Ohio. this is why so many of us have had to do an online program. There is one place in Indiana, and that is the closet one to you.

that is incredibly sad that ohio cannot have one clinic available.  
how do i get started on an online program?  will insurance cover any

I am also interested in the online program. But if you can give me the info for indiana I will go there if I have to. I also live in ohio about two hours from columbus. my family physician is in columbus so it is a shame there is not one there since i am there once a month anyway.I live close to kentucky and west virginia does anyone know of clinics there.
