I know the diet is very restrictiveRestrictive cardiomyopathy already, but I don't like fish. I have been eating only organic chicken breast and organic lean beef. The only vegetablesVegetable laxative I like are tomatoes, cucumbers, celery, and asparagus. I don't know if I am not giving myself enough variety. Will I run into problems later on from eating mostly the same meals everyday?
The protocol recommends not to eat the same meal twiceTwice-a-day in a day. I do eat fish, however, when I am not eating fish I will prepare organic beef for lunch and organic chicken for dinner and will follow that each day until I introduce the fish when I can get it fresh and wild caught at the market. I haven't had any problems yet as I've lost 16 lbs in 17 days. I eat only celery, tomatoes, spinach, radishes, kale or collard greensGreen tea.....so far so good.
I have not paid any attention to the vegetablesVegetable laxative list since I travelTravel sickness a lot internationally and some of the items on the list are not easy to find in all restaurants in all countries, I just keep the amounts in what it has to be and try to vary it for taste and to get the most of the nutrients, yet I have lost 16 pounds in 16 days. I know this will sound like sacrilege to many, but 500k is way to little to worry about what vegetable you get it from.
