I have used phentermine in the past and it worked well. Well until I stopped taking it. I was taking 6-8 37.5 mg. tablets per day. I just recently heard about the hcg. Over the last year I gained back all the weight I had lost on the phentermine and am looking go back on the phentermine. I am know wondering what would work better. The phentermine or the hcg shots. If a doctor could give me some input that would be great.
I have been reading some of the other posts regarding the b12 shots. I do watch what I eat, no grease, lots of green tea so on and so forth. I have exercised, 5-6 mile bike rides every other day. Still nothing. How do I know which one will be most effective and last long term. Life long term. I hate fast food and am getting very frusterated about the weight gain when I feel I am doing everything I can to lose the weight.
