hcg weight loss

by pjinhp, Nov 11, 2009 03:05PM
hi guys! I tried the hcg diet protocol for 9 days and only lost weight during the first three days, and that was only 3 pounds.  And to boot, I NEVER cheated!!  My doctor was gone on holidays when I went back for the next set of shots so his nurse suggested I wait to continue. I haven't seen him yet but am wondering if this has happened to anyone else. I tried an apple day ( where you eat only 4-6 apples throughout the day) but still didn't lose. I am really carb sensitive so am thinking this may be it. Just looking for some feedback...thanks!
