injecting hcg

Is there anyone in the los angeles area who've done the hcg shots and can show me personally how to do it myself?
I read most of the tips on how to do the shots but I'm still not comfortable about it.I'll greatly appreciate if someone in the los angeles area can show me how to do it for one day personally and I'll take it from there on my own.

if you want to know how to do the shots yourselves go google and look for insulin and they have instruccions in websites for diabetic people, very easy and painfree, anyone can do it.
