lipo shots and pills in NYC area

Can anyone tell me where I can go in NYC, Long Island, Northern NJ, or CT to get a consulation for the B12/Lipo shots and/or the pills?

Does anyone know of a Dr or clinic in NYC that does gives the Lipo-Den or Lipo/B!2shots? I would even consider buying them online and seeing a professional to administer them for me weekly as I'm such a coward and can't imagine putting a needle in my own arm. If any one can offer a few leads I'd really appreciate it.
