where can i find a doctor's office in Illinois. I am interested. I heard there is a location in Rockford, Il. I am interested in the B12 shot. please i need this information as soon as possible.

JVON - my niece gets the B12 shots in Loves Park, IL. Dr. Chow 815-633-5151. She gets the shot weekly and takes an appetite supressant given to her from Dr. Chow. I just saw my niece last week and she looks fabulous. So much so, I'm going to call Dr. Chow tomorrow and ask for a recommendation for a doctor in the Los Angeles or Valley area.
