I'm 5'1 and I weigh 135 Lbs.
I started taking Phentermine pills on March 3rd 2009. I have to date lost exactly 20 pounds but I seem so have hit a stall.
I jog 5 days a week and I try to roller blade 5 days a week too. I also do toning exercises every day.
I hardly eat because the pills make me not hungry but I try to eat at least 1 healthy meal a day.
I don't understand why I have stopped losing weight.
I lost 10 LBS in the first week and then a few pounds every week until now!
Does anyone know why? Does anyone have any tips on how I can start losing more weight again and faster? I want to lose another 20-25 LBS at least.
Please help me!
