medical weight loss centers around Kansas City area??

I am new to the forum and have been looking through the past postings. I am curious if anyone knows if there are any weight loss centers in or around the Kansas City area? I am looking for a doctor's office to prescribe the b12 shots or maybe hcg. I am from Florida and recently relocated and haven't been able to find any place to go.
