metabolism and wight training

wieght lifting and metabolism...I am a 43 year old hyster sister,on no hormones,and I have experimented with diet,and supplements to loose wieght over the years,it was very difficult and seemed as though my metabolism Stopped!!!...I did some library reserch on supplements and found one that is a companion to wieght training..hear me...I HATE WORKING OUT!!!!...but I love clothes more..haha,so I go and I lift 4 times a week,women you will not bulk up,(unless you do steroids) cardio is good but after 40 you need muscle...and with muscle you will burn 300% more!!! Muscle is sooooo under rated...so go get lean girls,and hit the gym with the boys!!! it is a sure fire metababolism booster!!!
