All depends how many units IU your going to start with, the protocol said 125 to 200 iu. The mixing is called bacteriostatic water, and I recommend you to use 175iu, you need to mix it with with 28.5 cc/ml of BAC water that will give you 28 shots of 1cc/ml of 175 iu.
The BAC water you can get it at gpzservices dot com, and also the syringes.
I hope this explanation will help you.

Actually you really should start with 125 iu and if needed, adjust from there. Go with what Dr Simeons states. A lot of people start at 175 and 200 and don't do well that high. It is best to start at the original protocol (not modified by KT). Most everyone does fine at this dose. To get this you would mix 20 cc's of bac water and draw the needle to .5 cc. Depending on the needles you are using, it will be .5, 5, or 50 on the syringe.

Read Dr Simeons protocol Pounds and Inches. You will get all the answers you will need there. He originated it and did years of research. Stick with Dr S and you should be fine!
