no energy or weight loss with B12/lipotropics

I am going on my 3rd week with the B12 and lipo injections and I'm working out and no weight loss. I did not get any energy from it either. Nothing changed for me. This is the first time I every bought anything like this over the internet and I'm afraid I'll just have to suck up the loss and move on. That was quite a bit of money for me to lose like that.
