no weight loss with HCG

this is day 13 for me following all the guidelines and have only lost 6 pounds but a total of 11 inches. I feel like I am gining the 6 pounds back. I am on the daily shots 6 days a week. I checked for Ketones this am and had trace. not sure if something is wrong/
