Ok all you online users?  Here goes.  Say I do order the HCG from the online pharma company.  Has anyone already ordered and received their product?  No scam right?
2nd - what about getting the solution water?
3rd - I understand how to mix the shots and where to give?
4th - ? on when and how many times per week to administer the shot?  Has anyone done this yet?  
5th - Are you getting the B-12 shots too and mixing with the Pergnyl?  
And lastly, are you taking the Phentermine while administering the daily HCG shots?  

See what I am reading is this.  You take these HCG shots daily for 5 days and off for 2.  Then start back up. I guess for 5 days and 2 off.  You eat 500 to 700 calories a day.  And weight comes off.

Now does that sound right - or am I dreaming???

My clinic strongly advise taking vitamins.  Makes sense to me.  If your on a severely restricted diet with little calories your body can't possibly accrue all the necessary nutients.  As it is, 500 cal per day diets have proven to be extremely dangerous through the years.....including death.  Programs like Optifast and others have bumped up their calories to over 900 instead of the initial 500 due to all the lawsuits.

what site are you talking about? i'm just starting out with this and any solid direction would be greatly appreciated...i just orderd the Almased that was suggested as an alternative because i didn't think i'd be able to find the hcg...i am hoping to return it and try the hcg and protocol by the book...thanks.

I've bought KT's Weightloss book, but I would also like to read Dr. Simeons book.  I've tried (what seems like extensive research) researching for the book Pounds and Inches: A New Approach to obesity, but no one seems to have it?  Anybody know where I can buy it?
