My hcg vials should soon be on their way to me, I wonder if I can start the injections without having to go through phase one. Can I just go straight to VLCD and HCG?

You don't have to do Phase 1 of the protocol, but it is recommended. The more you do of Phase 1, the more weight you are supposed to lose in Phase 2. You also can lose several lbs. just from doing the cleanses outlined in Phase 1.
