I used to weigh 128 lb, and prior to my wedding, I changed my diet to 1000-1100 calories a day and did intense cardio workouts, and actually somehow without really trying got down to 94 lbs. I never had a eating disorderAdjustment disorder Anorexia nervosa Asperger syndrome Autism Autoimmune disorders Bipolar disorder Bipolar disorder Bleeding disorders Borderline personality disorder Bulimia Chronic motor tic disorder, but the weight just fell off, and I knew this was an unhealthy weight. The following year I upped my intake to about 2000 cal eating mostly heathly but not always, and kept up with my workouts. I was 98-100 lbs on my 1 yr anniversary. It's now 4 months later, I've been eating roughly 1200-1300 calories a day for the last 3 months, upped my workouts, but somehow I weigh 110. (I know this is nothing to be unhappy about) but I'd like to be at about 105. Where have I gone wrong?
