plateau-now weight gain

I used to weigh 128 lb, and prior to my wedding, I changed my diet to 1000-1100 calories a day and did intense cardio workouts, and actually somehow without really trying got down to 94 lbs. I never had a eating disorder, but the weight just fell off, and I knew this was an unhealthy weight.  The following year I upped my intake to about 2000 cal eating mostly heathly but not always, and kept up with my workouts.  I was 98-100 lbs on my 1 yr anniversary.  It's now 4 months later, I've been eating roughly 1200-1300 calories a day for the last 3 months, upped my workouts, but somehow I weigh 110.  (I know this is nothing to be unhappy about) but I'd like to be at about 105.  Where have I gone wrong?

I've been drinking a ton of water for 2 years, so that hasn't changed.  I am 5'5"

What is the best way to put on weight. Ive been trying for years and still only weight 48kg (7 1/2 stones, i am 5ft 4" and am 29. Could someone please give me tips, there seems to be no help for those who wish to put on weight only lose it. Thanks
