I am currently doing the kidney, liver, pancreas, colon, heavy metal, and candida cleanses all at the same time. The only warning with doing it that way is you may find yourself a little more run down and queasy (some feel sick) then if you were to do them one at a time. I'm feeling fine so far and I'm on day 2. It is A LOT of pills to take at once though!!! LOL
