Hey, I started on Phentermine 37.5 daily. After 4 weeks I went up to one 37.5 in the AM and then a 1/2 a pill in the afternoon.  The one 37.5 pill was still working, but the night time became a challange for me....although I was able to work threw the urges I still felt I needed a little boost. I don't always take the 1/2 pill just when I know I am having "one of those days!"
I hope this helps! Have you lost any weight? How long have you been using Phentermine?
Good Luck!
