to everyone

I just wanted let everyone know that this needle phobia person did her first Hcg injection today," so easy a caveman can do it"!  You know, I was scared for nothing because you absolutely do not feel a thing.  I can't stop singing my own little tune of "even a caveman can do it".  I had to get shots on a regular basis as a little kid and kind of remember the nurses having to hold me down to get my shot, I was so terrified.  If I can do the injections, anyone absolutely can!  Good luck to all of you and enjoy the weightloss...I surely will!  "o)

Congratulations!  that is so wonderful so what size needles are using?  I also have a slight fear of needles~ but I was told that the smaller the needle the greater possiblity that it could break off????!!!!  I would think the smaller the needle the less pain, right?  Continue the great work!

The needles are very small and the shots already put together at Native healing Ways (NHW).  Good luck to you and thanks for nice comments...everyone!

Hi!! :)

I'm in the injection process, and was wondering if any of you have had this happen, because I can't get ahold of NHW right now.

I know when you insert the needle, you are supposed to draw out a little to make sure you aren't in a vein. I did that this morning, and no blood came out.

However, after doing the injection, the puncture bled, and it has never done that before. I'm concerned that I injected into a vein, and really don't know if that's a huge problem or not.

Any help is greatly appreciated. :)

Its perfectly normal to bleed when puncturing your skin with a needle. It does not mean you hit a vein (think of diabetics who puncture their fingers to test their blood glucose).  All those capillaries in your tissue are supplying blood to your fat tissue, muscle, and cells and its very easy to nick one of the.  I do it almost every time I inject.  Hope this helps :)

Thanks. :)

I pretty much figured as much - I mean, there has to be some blood when you poke your skin - I think it freaked me out because it's never happened to me before. Usually there is NO blood.

Thanks a BUNCH!!!

Just wondering,

Did you all freeze your HcG when you recieved it?
I don't want it to lose it's potency if it's just refrigerated. But since the Simeons says to mix it immediately (and the NHW stuff comes premixed with instructions to freeze), I'm not sure what's best.

ANy thoughts??

To: Everyone - oops?
OOPS??  I bought several 1500 IU's and I think I accidentally followed the 5000 IU instructions.  I placed 1 cc of BAC water into an ampoule of HCG (1500), let it dissolve and then placed it into the container with the 24 CC's of BAC water.  Then injected 1 CC.
I was hoping only to do injections on 175 since I completed the Phase 1 from KT's book.  I just feel great.

Do you know if it would it change the consistency if I take the other ampule of HCG (1500) and add it to the already mixed 25CC's of BAC water (and 1500 HCG)?  Am I understanding this correctly:  1500 + 1500 + 25 = 3025/175 = This would give me 17 days of HCG.  And you all said it should last in the fridge for up to 28 days, so would this work?
