Boy, I'm hearing of all kinds of things here on line I've never heard of before.  I have hypothyroid also.  I can't make my weight budge.  I have never heard of
amp/b12 before.  Can you tell me what it is?  And, what it is used for?  Can't you get it from your doctor?  I'd appreciate any info you could tell me about it.

Am 45 year old woman children. Vivacious happy and lovely life.  Ectopic pregnancy and no treatment caused a thyroid problem. Not diagnosed for 5 years. Had the worst experience of my life. thought I was going crazy and put on loads of weight.  My doctors and specialists had missed my thyroid for five years not working and I ended up in hospital on the point of complete collapse, Been given thyroxine but not lost any weight yet. Early days only out of hospital for three weeks.  My thyroid was 18.96 and my thyroid peroxidase is .>964.0 and thyroglob 81.4. Dont understand any reading and no doctors seem to know enough to advise me.  Feel that I was very ill. No one tells you anything. How long should I rest to allow myself to get betterand rest before I begin to push myself.?  When should I start dieting and exercise.  So traumatised and tired that I want to give myself a chance to recover and get back to normal Any advice to any kind people with more knowledge than me gratefully received.  Regards to other sufferers. This disease can be so devastating. My mental state was dire and I am so lucky that at last someone helped me.Many thanks Herin x
