weight loss and breast tissue

by Mary Susan, Jun 22, 2005 12:00AM
I am over 200 lbs and losing about 20 lbs/month.  As for most women losing weight, my breasts seem to be shrinking faster than the rest of me.  Is there any way to preserve breast tissue, fat, and or muscle (I'm not really sure what gets lost.) so that I don't end up completely flat and saggy?

I'm sorry I can't really help, but I know the same thing was happenning to me a year ago when I lost around forty pounds--my chest went first!  I went from a DD to a big C.  I wish we could pick where we want to lose the weight from.  I definitely would have picked any other spot first.

Hi there, i was woundering how to lose weight in your breats. You see i am 17, and i am not overweight or anything like that, but my breats are too big for the rest of my body and i was woundering how to lose weight in that particular spot. I am fairly active, n love exercise, but my breasts just get in the way and metaphorically speaking almost give me a black eye. LoL.Any information would be muchly appreciated!
