weight loss program

Just made an appointment with a medical clinic for weight loss using the appetite suppr.,water pills and B12 injections... goal is about 25-30lbs loss.  Just curious of someone who has been on similar program if it truly works and how long it usually takes to lose the amount of weight I'm wanting to lose.  I've tried other weight loss gimicks and obviously with no true results.  Thanks for any help or comments.

The program works!! My best friend is on the same program and she has lost 50 pounds in about 2 to 3 months. I was wondering if you live in Houston, Texas and if so can you give me the name of the doctor you go to

I just made my appointment also for next week.  I am hoping to find success in this program.  Please keep your results posted, and i will do the same.  I have a friend that has been on the program and she lost alot, and looks good too.  My goal is to lose 40lbs.  Good luck to you!!

Does anyone know who does these programs in Illinois?
The B12 shots, appetite spressant, or HCG shots.  I am havig a hard time finding a doctor that does this treatment.  If anyone has ANY INFO, please let me know.  I really appreciate it!

Hey guys, thanks for all the replies...it looks as if it's not a scam because believe me, I've spent some money on a few and just can't do that again.  Yes I'm in Houston, TX and there are several locations for this program... one listed already is the Harwin addy and phone number 713-541-6988, another on FM 1960 West 281-893-6415 and the last on Cairnway 281-463-6093.  Please keep me posted on your success and also if anyone has a an idea of what is done and what is expected of me as far as diet and exercise regimen to go along with this program.

Also, curious if any of these meds make you jittery or too hyper or worse cause insomnia... I know the idea is to give you energy and decrease your appetite, just curious of any unwanted side effects.

My doctor instructed me to only take in 20grams of fat per day.  He also said eat whole grain foods and not bleached products.  As for the meds, for me I wasn't jittery, but the first day and 1/2 I would sometimes loose my train of thought.

Now I feel just fine, and I have to make myself eat.  Good luck on your weight loss and keep us posted!!

This medical clinic provided weight loss services INCLUDING Phentermine and water pills for a fee. Last month, the clinic DISCONTINUED providing the drugs with their service, but DID NOT LOWER THEIR PRICE. This is not ethical, not to mention it is greedy and is taking full advantage of its patients. They should have lowered their fee if they can no longer provide the meds. What a windfall of profits for their greedy owners! Do NOT patronize this business!
