weight loss turns into weight gain

by erica1414, Jun 01, 2006 12:00AM
ive been on a diet for about a month now.  i eat around 800-950 calories a day. every week i weigh myself and have had wonderful results all up until my 5th week, i only lost one pound, is this normal to see great results and then slow down?  if i increase my calorie intake will i gain all of my weight back?

This depends if you are exersizing.

If you are this is completely normal.AKA muscle gain.

Now if you are not on a Diet I'm nto exactly sure on why this is.
