I was wondering if anybody has taken the releana? If so did you lose a substantial amount of weight and how long did it take to lose it? Any suggestions on a really effective meal plan.

Yes I works great but you need phentermine - the cost went from 140 to 250. I lost 30 pounds but you must follow the diet exactly!!!!!!!!!

I also lost a lot of weight doing the releana, but i lost more with the injections. The doctor will give you a diet to follow, but you have to stick to it faithfully. I also think you need the phentermine because you have to stick to 500 calorie diet. i felt like the shots work better, but the releana is also a good option for people who can not give there self the shots.
