I have already lost 100lbs (i was down to 100lbs) and its slowly been creaping up on me. Im looking to lose about 30-40 lbs (no im not going as low as 100lbs again, i was sick when i was that low) The weightloss is at a halt. Ive been excersizing for about an hour a night doing ball excersizes and crunches. Ive been eatting 10 servings of veggies a day a couple fruits and then whatevers for dinner (not take out, stuff like chicken and oher meats and perogies and not a lot of other starches or breads, though its hard not to sneak some hear and there) Im not too discouraged for not lossing weight becasue i feel better but if there is anything anyone knows will help, that woudl be great. Also, How to get rid of teh lose skin (surgery is not an option)
