who could let me know of any diet pills that would really work!!!

hi , i wanted to see if someone knows about a weigh loss meds that would really work on me i been taking phentermine 37.5 or like 3 yrs. the first months to a yr. i lost like 75 pounds but then i gain back being on them and also never lost anymore i gain while on the pills . when i started the pills i went from size 24 to 14 then i went back to size 18 thats when i stop taking them cause it wasn't doing any affect on me. for the female that said that her arms hurt while taking phentermine ... i never experienced something like that and i have a heart condition i do get tired but i take depression pills which i believe thats the reason...i think if ur pain continues check with ur doctor a.s.a.p . it could be a sign of something serious . be safe...
