worried about if it will take the same affect

Hola, I just started to take Linaza but i was told to only take it once every other day and only 1tblspoon due to my weight already, should i will it take affect the same way?

I have no idea what this nopalina is or what affect it will have if you do whatever with it. Is it an appetite suppressant or what?
