I have a hard time figuring out how many calories I've burned in a day (simply because I'm bad at tracking activity, and MedHelp doesn't always know how to do it either). This calculator has a wide variety of activities that we do on a daily basis but don't keep track of. (Things you wouldn't even think of... like sleeping, brushing your teeth, playing cards, even sex!)
Anyways, it has helped me over the past couple weeks so I thought I'd share the wealth. :)
