I'm new here and would just like to say I love this community already. I read some past posts and found them very helpful..the percentage calculator and the whole what you body should be. I hope to interact with you all. Have a great rest of the weekend.
Oh, something that I was thinking..Is there going to be like another weight challenge or something? I know it is holiday time, so maybe after the holidays?
Welcome! So many of us are going through similar weight loss journeys, and I find that the support system is extremely helpful. Thanks for joining us! We love to hear each others successes.
As far as the challenge, I'm not sure. I've been waiting for one because I'm awful at keeping my own personal challenges going. I hope to see one or two as far as resolutions and such near the end of the month!
