Well done ladies - all sounds like a good plan - I am back on track - my plan is to lower calories (especially from wrong food types) and higher activity.
I would like to have a few small extras this week so that I do not gain any weight but I would like to keep it under control. I do not want to backtrack right now. I have been working very hard and don't want to throw it away so easily. I have been wanting a lot of stuff and hope to keep it to a minimum. A happy medium is all I want.
I don't think anything is going to change in the food department. At least, I hope nothing will! Sometime this week I am supposed to hear about the job I want, so I am trying to find things to keep me out of the cupboards while I stress out waiting.
My mother-in-law is coming out for the 4th of July (this is a good thing) & so it's belated spring cleaning time. She's a bit of a messy house person like us, but it gives me an excuse to do some heavy housecleaning anyways. I am losing the physical weight so it's time to lose the other extra poundage.
