Hey all . Im 18 and i weight 219 pds . I think that i am gettin way to big and need to lose some wieght . But it seems like when im workin out i dont drop a pound . May i know how long you are working on your weight loss plan, actually it takes about 3 months to see change in your weight. So wait and dont give up very soon. And try to follow a balanced diet with exercise and if you want you can also take some natural weight loss supplements.
