And abortion does not hinder a woman's ability to conceive unless they've had many many and it has resulted in extreme scar tissue.  That is very rare.  Just FYI.

Abortions do not hurt.  At best, there is slight discomfort===  just for the record.  They can take place most everywhere through the first trimester, 13 weeks and in some states through 16 weeks with surgical abortions for medical reasons to 20 weeks and beyond depending on the situation.  (IE:  mother had cancer, baby has a birth defect beyond repair and would have a painful, short existence, they then give this option beyond 20 weeks).

Please don't let anyone mislead you regarding abortion.  While it isn't a fun day, pain is not something typically associated with it when done at a proper clinic.

Very few women report pain.  You may have some slight bleeding after and maybe rest the day of but most women are back to normal within 24 to 48 hours.

good luck
