Cut Around Vaginal Entrance

Let me start off with a little history. For the past month I have kind of been freaking out. I was having sex and the condom got stuck in me so I have been nervous ever since that I may have some kind of STD. Last week I was itchy and irritated down there and went to the gyno. She took a look and it came back that I had BV.  I was prescribed 5 nights of the Metro Vaginal Gel and it seemed to help.  Two days after I was pretty sure that I was coming down with a yeast infection from the meds (I have a history of being prone to YI's after meds) and yesterday I got a prescription for diflucan and felt better by the end of the day.  When I woke up this morning I looked at my vagina w/ a mirror and there is a thin red line (like a paper cut) in the crease between my inner and outer labia and it extends down toward the entrance of my vagina.

I was pretty itchy last night and am thinking i could have scratched myself itching in my sleep. I also have been very dry down there recently and have been repeatedly been checking my vagina since the BV diagnosis and not sure if any of stretching/pulling when inspecting caused this crack/cut because its right where the labia meet/separate.

Any ideas help? I am due for my annual gyno appointment in the next two weeks and would like to hold off on another visit until then. Thank you!
