A blood sugar of 59 is way too low. What does your doctor say? Have you even seen a doctor yet? If not, you need to get in and let him know what is going on.

cramps are normal...very normal......they should be mild cramping..not like a strong period cramp.
the 'feeling sick' and not actually 'getting sick' is VERY normal as well....
Welcome to the world of pregnancy!

For your blood sugar you need full meals every 4 hours and snacks in between those meals at the 2hr mark to keep your blood sugar regular.

Are you a diabetic? Do you test your blood sugar regularly or was that a one time test that your doctor ran? Darkestlight has GD, so she knows what she is talking about.
