Pain in back right side--about waist level

Symptoms:
Pain in back right side--about waist level.
Pain occurs late night/early morning after sleeping on side, normally have to get up to urinate.  Pain continues after I use the bathroom and it is hard to get comfortable laying down or standing up.
I am 30 year old white female who is overweight and I have hypothyroid disorder (Hashimoto's)and polycystic ovary syndrome.  However, this pain feels different than the tenderness around my ovaries that I associate with PCOS.  I think it has something to do with my kidneys?  Any advice?

i think you should go get it checked out with doctor you may have strained your back or something.
