can't sleep
I have been waking up with dry mouth for couple days on and off. I went to the doctor and have labs done and was told by doctor my sugar was a little high. I wasn't told I am diabetic but am worried I might be. What can I do for dry mouth at night as it makes it a lil uncofortable to try and sleep? Should I change my diet?
