10 weeks postpartum bleeding and cramps

I had my son 10 weeks ago and a couple days ago I started bleeding it wasn't heavy but it wasn't super light and I was having mild cramps it felt like I was on my period which doesn't make sense since I exclusively breastfeed and thought you didn't get periods while breastfeeding I am freaking out because I am also having discharge that is sometimes watery and looks like it has a pinkish hew to it and it has an odor and other times it is a little chunky I read somewhere that it be cervical cancer but I might just be over thinking it I really need advice I just recently had this problem I went to the OB at 6 weeks PP and everything was fine I wasn't experiencing pain at that time. I'm not bleeding anymore the bleeding lasted for about 4 days and got lighter with each day but I am still having slight cramping I'm not sure what this could be and if it's normal.
