12 Day Period!??

Hi there,
I am concerned about my period,  I began spotting on Dec 5 and today the 17th it's still here! This summer my first pregnancy ended with a miscarriage and the D & C was preformed on 7/22. Is it possible it could be another miscarriage?
I am nervous and looking for advice!
Thank You in advance! !

Thank you both for commenting,  I appreciate any and all feed back. This summer I had my first pregnancy and miscarriage with D & C it wwasn't any fun. I am very ready to have a successful pregnancy but I'm so worried that this will be a miscarriage after all. Yesterday I ended up at the ER  they did a sonogram but we're not able to see a fetus in either of my tubes or my uterus, tomorrow I will be going to my clinic for another sonogram hopefully I get some kind of answers! !!

Sometimes there can be some spotting to even bleeding, in the beginning of pregnancy. The best thing would be to call your Dr tomorrow. Wish I could give you more information then that.

Well I took a home pregnancy test and it was positive.
Sure hope someone can tell me they've also went through bleeding while pregnant and the pregnancy was successful! !
