Thanks, I do think it may be sinus related but I try to alternate Tylenol w/Benedryl. I will ask my Dr. Thursday. I'm in Florida and we have the air on :)

Thanks for all your input. I faithfully take my prenatals everyday. I think they are sinus headaches and I take benadryl allergy sinus. I hope that is okay.

Hi, My sister inlaw had terrble headches in the begining of her pregnancy. I asked her if she was tacking her prenatal vitamins. She told me sometimes, and when she did take them the headaches whould go away. So I told her to take them everyday. And now she is taking them everyday and her headaches are gone. If you're not taking your pre. vitamins. Try taking them and see what happens.

I was told that Benedryl is okay to take during pg.  I would just be leery of taking it day after day after day.  Even though we're getting into warmer temps, the furnaces are still running (at least here in Michigan) and there's still a lot of dry air in our houses.  Is it possible that your headaches are from your sinuses being overly dry?  Maybe sleeing with a humidfier or even a vaporizer would help.  Also, have you had an eye exam recently?  Maybe you need glasses and the headaches are from poor eyesite.  Other than that, and being sure to drink plenty of water, I'm not sure what else to suggest right now.

Be sure to ask your doctor if this keeps up.  Hope this helps!

hi i had a terrible headache during my 7th month of pregnancy 24/7...i know it might sound a little off the wall, but one day i stayed home from work and had my mom alternate cold and hot compresses on my forehead and back of my neck where the head meets the spine. this was recommended to me by my midwife and believe it or not, it actually worked! my mom, bless her heart was run ragged all day, but i was feeling relief by evening.

good luck
