15 days Bleeding & white discharge after abortion

Hi, I am 25 Yrs old. I had an abortion on 10 may and on 14 the bleeding gets start and it will continue till 27 May. and after that white discharge is there and a pain in my lower porton of my stomach.Aprt from that I am feeling feverish sometime and pain in my legs also.I am not feeling active and fresh even after 1 month of my abortion.Is it normal or is it somthing serious. Please reply me . Iam very worried.OR is there any need of ultrasound.
