18 weeks , and i dont feel anything...?

im around 18 -19 weeks pregnant and i felt the baby move one time a week ago today, but scince that day i have not felt anything, is there any reason to be worried?? should i call my doctor and if so, what do i say?

I think you should call your OB and express your concerns. Let your OB know that you are worried because you are not feeling movement from your baby. I think at 18-19 weeks I didn't feel my baby move much but around 6-7 months she started moving alot.

I usually get worried if my baby doesn't move. At my last OB visit (@ 27 weeks), I told my OB about my baby not moving that morning and she told me when that happens drink something sweet or lay on my left side....that may cause the baby to move, but if the baby does not move for a very long period give her a call. My OB also told me that sometimes the baby's sleeping schedule change as they grow. Good luck!

to be safe ring your midwife? has baby moved regulary before? id didnt feel one kick til 24 weeks gone, id get baby to move by placing your hand where baby feet/legs are and massage that area i always got a wriggle or kick back, let me know how you go
