2 Months Late

Hi Im married 23 year old housewife. My last period was on 08/08/2011. I Have had a miscarriage before so when i thought i was pregnant i kind of put off taking a test because i was kind of in denial and I dont like taking a test to early when it could just be something else. I took a test today at 7 pm in the evening because my mother made me and it was negative. I dont feel like there has been any stress in my life. it actually feels like things are ok. what are some reasons this could be happening? maybe i should go to a dr?

If you were two months late, then the hcg levels in your urine would be much higher, making it possible to test at any time of the day and most likely get an accurate result. Although many other things beyond pregnancy can cause off or missed cycles. Make a doctor's appointment to get a blood test done to check for pregnancy and also to find out what is going on.
